I wanted to say that Brian did a fantastic job on our carpets. He was so very nice to work with and very accommodating. He worked with me to get us in right away. He is very knowledgeable and he took his time. Very thorough. Our carpets dried within hours and there was no chemical smell. He is very reasonably priced. I give Nature Works Chem-Dry 5 stars. I highly recommend Brian. I would totally use him again. Our carpets look fabulous- Thank you Brian.
Our white rug was spotted and dingy. Brian got the stains out and gave it new life. He may just be the most friendly business owner I’ve encountered in my 3 1/2 years in the area. It was nice to swap stories of being a parent in the community and what’s it’s like being a small business owner. His products are eco/ family/ pet friendly and they work! He took time to explain everything and was an absolute pleasure to welcome into our home- I can’t recommend him highly enough.
Brian is an extremely professional contractor. He does excellent work and makes the entire process from start to finish easy and organized. He was exactly on time the day of service and went above and beyond to get my stained and dirty carpets looking brand new. His communication was excellent. I highly recommend his services.
Brian, the owner-operator of Nature Walk Chem-Dry, was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive to our questions and adjusted his schedule to fit our needs. He arrived timely, was a very conscientious worker and he was considerate of our home. He made sure we were satisfied throughout the whole process, gave us some upkeep tips and followed up after our cleaning. Brian who is the owner/operator of Chem Dry is the nicest most professional business man i have ever dealt with, he not only is super prompt but he’s very knowledgeable of the work he’s doing. Brian did a fabulous job on our rugs that had some deep stains and he was able to get them out and we were extremely satisfied. We absolutely highly recommend Brian and look forward to having him come back and clean all our rugs a couple of times a year. Thanks again Brian and good luck.

Brian did a great job in cleaning my carpeting, and making sure he provided the maximum coverage using equipment to get around stationary objects. He followed Covid-19 protocols and kept all areas clean and obstacle-free. I was pleased with the total job well done and the time it took for the carpeting to dry. The cleanup was great as well.
